COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the National Scale 2000R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nippon-Bearing product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the 90121AX63 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OWP445T1256 manufactured by North-American-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KBFC40UU by Manufacturer Nippon-Bearing as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nemicon Brand HES152MD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nikon such as 4B043727 equipment made by Nikon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nikon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nikon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Pellicle made by Nikon as well as the popular 3041B2004XP0024H000 original spares produced by North-American-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2TPIC205 by Nissei and 4B043727 spares by Nikon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original iPC1950Tif4GB80SSDVD7U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron. |
